Construction Dumpster Rental in Canton and Northeast Ohio
Construction Dumpster Rental
Cobra Roll-Off provides construction dumpster rental for job sites in Canton and across Northeast Ohio. We bring the roll-off container on one of our hook-lift trucks, your crew loads it, and we come back to haul it away. For large commercial and industrial jobs, it’s common for Cobra Roll-Off to be on site several times a week.
Call 330-484-2113 with the job address, what your crew is throwing out, and where you want the container placed.

Roll-Off Dumpsters for Contractors, Builders, and Remodelers
Cobra Roll-Off works with commercial and industrial builders, restoration contractors, demolition crews, remodelers, roofers, trade businesses, and homeowners running their own projects.
Commercial and industrial
construction companies use containers on new construction and remodel projects at hospitals, municipal buildings, and industrial plants.
Restoration contractors
may need several containers after fire, water, or wind damage.
Demolition jobs
often involve heavy material and a lot of hauling in a short time.
If you need contractor dumpster rental for a project in Canton, Akron, Massillon, North Canton, Jackson Township, Green, Alliance, Dover, New Philadelphia, or another part of Northeast Ohio, call Cobra Roll-Off at 330-484-2113.

Dumpster Sizes for Construction Debris
The right size depends on what your crew is throwing out, how much debris you expect, and how heavy the material is.
When you call, we’ll ask whether the load is heavy construction debris such as concrete, brick, block, shingles, or plaster, or lighter debris such as doors, windows, siding, paneling, cabinets, framing, and most floor coverings.
For heavy material, Cobra has a low-sided 20 yard container that is 22 feet long. For shingle projects, a 25 yard container is the largest size Cobra sends.
A 25 or 30 yard container stands about head high, and a 40 yard container is well above that. The 25 and 30 yard containers also sit at a useful height for many commercial loading docks.
See Cobra’s dumpster sizes to compare available containers.
Cobra Roll-Off carries roll-off containers in:
10 yard
Compact enough for most residential driveways.
15 yard
More capacity, same driveway space as a 10 yard.
20 yard
Low-sided 22-foot container for heavy material.
25 yard
Largest size Cobra sends for shingle projects.
30 yard
About head high; useful at many loading docks.
40 yard
Well above head high for large construction loads.
What Can Go in a Construction Dumpster?
Most construction and demolition debris can go in the container, including:
Concrete
Brick
Block
Lumber
Flooring
Windows
Doors
Roofing
Siding
Cabinets
Framing material
Cobra has no rules of its own about what goes in the dumpster. The EPA regulates what Cobra is allowed to dispose of at the landfill. Every Cobra container has a sticker listing common items that cannot go in the dumpster, including pressurized cylinders, uncured paint, petroleum products, tires, medical waste, and poisons. Batteries cannot go in the dumpster either. Any battery can short out and cause a fire, even one that seems dead.
If someone on the crew is unsure about an item, call 330-484-2113 before it goes in the box.

How Full Can You Load It?
Load the dumpster to the max fill line.
Stickers along the top edges of every Cobra container show where that line is. Simply put, level with the top of the container is maximum volume capacity.
Every load is tarped before it leaves your site, but the tarp is there to keep debris from blowing out. The container still has to hold the load, and Ohio road law controls what Cobra can haul as a secured load. A container heaped above the rim cannot leave the job site as it sits.
If a box is overloaded, the extra material has to be removed prior to hauling. That can mean putting it into another container or placing it in a pile on the ground. OSB and plywood cutoffs heaped over the top are one example, because they can cut through the tarp and easily slide out during transportation.
Heavy loads can reach the legal weight limit before the container looks full. A tri-axle can legally carry 12 tons, and that includes the weight of the container. If you are loading concrete, dirt, brick, block, or another heavy material, tell Cobra what you expect to load so we can talk through the right container and sound loading practices. One example of this is loading the container evenly from front to back and side to side.

Where the Dumpster Can Go
If you could park a vehicle on the spot and the truck has a clear path to it, Cobra can usually place a container there.
It’s important to check the route into the site, not just the spot where the box will sit. With mirrors, Cobra’s trucks are about 10 feet wide. The single-axle truck is about 11 feet tall, and the tri-axle is about 12 feet tall.
The 10 through 25 yard containers can come on either truck. The low-sided 20 yard, 30 yard, and 40 yard containers come on the tri-axle truck.
On concrete or asphalt driveways, Cobra lays plywood strips under the rollers. A 30 or 40 yard container can go at a house for a large remodel, but those containers need more overhead and side clearance, and the truck and container are heavy for a residential driveway, especially when fully loaded.
If your crew wants to throw debris off a roof, out a window, or off a porch, tell Cobra when you order so the driver ensures correct positioning of the container.
When the Dumpster Fills Up

When the container is full
When the container is full, call Cobra Roll-Off at 330-484-2113 and we’ll come haul it away.
Call with the job address, what your crew is throwing out, and where you want the container placed.
For large commercial and industrial jobs, it’s common for Cobra Roll-Off to be on site several times a week.

More than one container
If one container will not keep up with the work, a job can have more than one container on site. Large commercial and industrial projects may need repeat hauls throughout the week or even throughout the day. Restoration jobs often need several containers at the start while the damaged material is coming out.

Construction projects
Cobra Roll-Off serves construction projects that need more than a single container. That includes new construction, remodels, restoration work, demolition work, and jobs at commercial or industrial sites.
