Container shall be in the possession and control of the customer. Customer shall be responsible for all loss or damage to the container, other than normal wear and tear. Container is not to be used for incineration.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Contractor against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or pets, or loss or damage to property arising out of customers use, operation or possession of container.

Customer will maintain unobstructed access to container at all times. Deliveries and pickups can occur at any time of day or night. Charges will apply after a failed attempt to service a container

Cobra is present at the specific request of the property owner/contractor/agent to perform container service. The very nature of this requires equipment that is large and heavy. Cobra will not be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, foreseen of unforeseen, to the curbing, apron, driveway, sidewalk, yard or any portion of the ingress and egress including outside or inside damage to the premises, structure or out buildings.

Customer warrants that the waste material placed in container will not contain any radioactive, hazardous, toxic, infectious, flammable, corrosive or anything otherwise listed as hazardous or regulated by federal or state laws. Tires and appliances with freon can be disposed of if prior arrangements have been made. Do not move container. Container is to be loaded not more than level with the top and weight evenly distributed. Additional charges will apply if container is loaded over the top. Any overload fines or costs to remedy an overloaded container will be at the customer's expense.

All containers are marked with maximum weight limits for heavy construction material based on a evenly distributed load, If you are not sure ask. Customer is responsible for all costs for overloaded containers.
