What Kinds of Items Are Typically Placed In a Rented Roll Off Dumpster?
You can put most material in the dumpsters that aren’t regulated by the EPA.
Some examples of acceptable items include: household trash, house/estate clean outs (home furnishings, book, glassware, bedding), construction debris (brick, block, concrete, lumber, flooring, windows, doors, roofing), demolition materials ( block, brick, concrete, roofing, flooring, lumber), landscaping projects (trees, bushes, flowers), garage, basement and attic clean-outs.
1. Do I need a permit?
The vast majority of our service area and container placement will not require a permit to place the container. The only time a permit will be required by the local municipality is for containers that will be placed on a street AND the municipality requires a permit.

3. How long can I rent a dumpster?
You can rent a container from us for as little or long as you need. We have customers that keep their containers from anything as short as a half-hour to half of a year. The choice is yours.
4. Where do you put the dumpster?
On a solid surface. If you can park a vehicle there, we can typically put a container there. Our drivers are highly trained veterans of their craft and our customized fleet of trucks allows us to place the container in more locations for all of your service needs.
5. What obstructions should I remove before delivery?
All we ask for is a clear path for our truck to deliver the container. Typically, if you can drive a vehicle to the container location we’ll be in good shape for the delivery.
6. What am I allowed or not allowed to put in the dumpster?
We don’t have any rules on what you can put in the container. However, the EPA does have regulations as to what we are allowed to take to the landfills.
Each of our containers will have a sticker that lists the most common EPA regulated items that cannot be disposed of via general trash removal.

7. What are some examples of Regulated Wastes?
Items like pressurized cylinders, uncured paint, petroleum products, tires, infectious items such as medical waste and poisons to name a few.

8. Is there a disposal cost?
No. As long as we don’t run into any of those pesky EPA regulated items. We have included all of the competition’s dreaded hidden costs into our initial rental cost. When you see Cobra-Roll-Off pricing, the price you see is the price you pay.
9. Do bulky items such as couches and mattresses cost extra?
No.
10. What if I only need the dumpster for one day?
No problem. We will schedule the dumpster’s delivery and pickup to suit your needs.
11. How high can I fill the dumpster?
If it were up to us, we’d say fill it as high as you want. Unfortunately, we must adhere to ODOT and their applicable laws when traveling on the roadways.
On the bright side, we’ve placed bright stickers on all our dumpsters that will show you the maximum fill line that we are allowed to haul which are located along the top edges of the dumpster.
This will help make sure we are able to remove your container and keep everyone on the roads safe while transporting your unwanted items to its new forever home.
